Theme wont install, “The link you have followed has expired”

    Hi there, I am brand new to wordpress. Literally my first day.
    I have purchased a theme and have attempted several times to install it but am constantly receiving the same message “the link you followed has expired. Please try again”
    I have been googling and trying to come up with solutions and it has gotten me into this area discussing port numbers (cannot find what mine is), FTP and PHP and I still don’t understand what that is, or how to get there or find the information I need. I am hosting through godaddy and tried to find information there but did not.

    Can someone please help me, and break it into step by step? I am sorry I just think I am going into a deeper hole than I need to and I am so confused.

    Thank you, I already came across that forum. But it still does not help because I cannot access things because I don’t know my port number. I dont know how to get into my FTP, the steps wont line up because it is like I dont have the proper information ??

    That’s a problem with the theme author’s site.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
