Theme won't upload.

    I have a theme .zip file and I can’t get it to upload onto WordPress via the add new option or using the link in the websites control panel. It just sits there on the upload age after I hit install and the loading wheel on my browser will just go and go and go for as long as I have leave it up. It doesn’t even go to the download page where it pops up the text of the download process. I’m sure I am just missing something simple.

    try to unzip it and copy paste it to your wordpress theme folder(wp-content>themes)

    The thing is that it is a clients website so they have the WordPress files on their PC. Is there any way I can get them? Or another way to upload it? I tried using FileZilla but when it connected there weren’t any files there. He does have a brand new we site that he hasn’t done anything to through WordPress so if all else fails I could just re-install WordPress on his domain but on my PC right?
