[Theme: WPFolio] Issue with menu after upgrading to WP 3.3

After upgrading our installation of WP to 3.3, we’re having a strange (for me) issue with the top menu (of course we’re using WPfolio): it’s ok with all browsers except for IE (we’ve tested only with IE9), and it’s ok on IE9 except for the home page.
On the home page, the menu is appearing like this; on the other pages, it’s as it’s supposed to be.
It was ok with 3.2.1.
Any suggestion?
