[Theme: Yoko] Group sub-menu buttons as a "shown menu" unique one

Hello,
the ‘iphone’ version of yoko shows the sub-menu navigation on top of the page, and this could lead to too much scroll in order to read the first post. I’d like to implement a unique “show menu” button, leaving the customer the choice to display the menu – or not.

Just reduce the width of your page, and see the magic happen. Any advice here ?
