[Theme: Zenon Lite] How to stop slider rotation with only one post in slider?

I want to have only one post in the slider, basically using it as a static image. I’ve got one post chosen in the slider options, but the slider still rotates, showing that same image rotating a couple times before settling. Is there a way to stop the rotation?

Also, is there a way to have an image header on all the pages except the home page?
