[Theme: Zenon Lite] Zenon slider – grey box and slider order

Two questions about the Zenon slider:
1) is it possible to change the dark grey oddly-shaped box which is in the background of text (when slider text is activated)? It is a bit too dark for the pictures I am using on the slider, so I’d like to make it lighter, and maybe smaller too.
2) is it possible to change the order in which the slider panels show? The most recently added ones seem to come up first, but I’d like the first one I added to be first.
