[Theme: Zinnia] Add Parent Page

Hello,

I want to create an “About” Page that will be listed like my “Home” Page at the top of my website. I tried the process below but do not see the “Page Parent” drop-down menu. Does anyone know why this option is unavailable?

Go to Administration > Pages > Add New panel.
In the right menu, click the “Page Parent” drop-down menu. The drop-down menu contains a list of all the Pages already created for your site.
Select the appropriate parent Page from the drop-down menu to make the current Page a child Page.
Add content to the subpage.
Click Publish when ready.

Also, does any one know how I get the social media and search widget to the top of my page? Maybe under the subtitle? My URL is https://www.thepickyeater-blog.com if you need to see the specific theme I am working with.
