Theme Zip File

  • I have pretty limited knowledge of this stuff. I have had a site for a year now (maintaining and building it by basically stumbling through things and trial & error) and want to change themes using this plugin, but I don’t know where to find the URL to the theme zip file?

    I downloaded the zip file to my computer, and then uploaded to WP but can’t seem to find where the correct URL is to put it into the plugin…
    Any help from the more knowledgeable???
