    We are new owners of the website, and not sure what thememx user info is. Is this required, or do we need to pay?

    We can’t see pages in your admin.
    Your best source of information is the theme or plugin author.

    What do you mean by that? How do I manage the themeco license? I do not have that as it was not givin to me on the purchase of the business, just the go daddy and word press log in info .

    I will assume that themeco is a theme. Go to your WordPress admin and under the Appearance menu is Theme Editor. You can look in the readme file for how to contact the theme author.
    If it’s a plugin, there is a similar editor under Plugins.
    Both themes and plugins are separate from the WordPress software that we provide here.
