[Theme:Genesis/Runway Pro Theme] – Change Navigation Bar Font Size

Hi,
I’ve been trying to update my tiny navigation bar font size to a larger font. I’ve searched the forums and thought I just had to add this to my “Custom CSS” plugin (I had 1, 2, and 3em):
#menu-primary {
font-size: 3em;
}

That does nothing though…
I’ve searched and attempted to edit the Style sheet itself and the navigation bar remains in small font. Hmm, is my CSS wrong? Or should I be changing something else in the stylesheet?

On a sidenote, the comments on my post are also in tiny font. How do I change that?
