It looks like you overrode the default theme style.
To fix this, go to “Appearance > Customize > CSS” and insert below code

a:hover, .omega-nav-menu a:hover, .entry-title a:hover, a.more-link, .nav-primary ul.sub-menu a:hover {
    color: #1583cc !important;
}
