thememylogin not working

  • I have been in contact with my hosting company because when I uploaded Thememylogin it is not showing on my website. It is showing in my menu and the hosting company has told me it was uploaded correctly. The the issue could be resolved by thememylogin support. I have thememylogin an email asking to assist, and no reply. As I read again, thememylogin directs me to here. Who can actually assist? Or does Thememylogin actually only sell and does not have free login features? thanks

    What happens if you visit yoursite.com/login with the plugin active?

    It doesnt show any login box there. That is the issue. Menu shows and my host said it is installed properly, that I should contact Thememylogin but there website says unless you have paid money for the extension, then dont ask them, go ask you. I think I should try another login plug in company?
