[Theme:Mystile] Logo image & Internet Explorer

I am using Mystile theme and using a logo image (1065x405px) which utilise the whole width of the header section. It is working fine in Chrome, Safari and firefox and the image resize accordingly when I resize the window. However, Internet Explorer (v8, 9, 11) will not play well. The image will not resize and extends beyond the rest of the website.

I removed all custom CSS codes I have added and still not resolving this problem.

Does anyone have same problem with IE??
