Themes Editor will not allow me to save changes

  • Hello.

    I am trying to edit inside the Theme Editor.
    I cannot save it.

    I went in and changed the permissions, but changed them
    back because it did not alter anything.

    Anyone have experience with this.
    I installed it through Fantastico.

    Do I need to install it from scratch myself in order
    to have the controls???

    Any help would be appreciated.
    I really want to hear experience.
