Themes list empty

    When I disable all plugins and just enable “WP Email Users”, the Appearance->Themes page shows no themes (the list of themes flashes and then they disappear). Disabling “WP Email Users” resolves the problem. Here’s what the Themes screen looks like with the plugin enabled:

    Notice it says there are 3 themes but none of them are being displayed. I can change the theme in the customizer but not from the Appearance->Themes page.

    I see the problem on Chrome and Firefox.
