Themes no longer working. Just have "raw" posts

    on my site https://www.tipsfortravellers.com the themes no longer work, and I just have “raw” posts.

    I have tried via the wordpress control panel to update / reinstall wordpress and deleted and redownloaded themes. Neither have worked.

    It happened (i think) when I deleted a decactivated WP_BackUp plug-in.

    What can I do?

    I am worried about losing my posts and images etc. But should I be deleting the wordpress files (except the wp-content one) and upload wordpress files via ftp?

    Help!
