• Hi my website works ok on Microsoft Edge but when visiting my website site through Firefox or Chrome my words on my pages go behind the theme and cannot be read. This problem is only on pc or laptop. Phone or tablet works ok. Any advice on why this is happening

    Hi @cookconnect,

    It looks like you have a plugin active that is conflicting with the theme. Can you disable your plugins and check if the problem persists. If you have a caching plugin, please clear this as well.

    If it works fine without any plugins, re-activate the plugins one by one, checking each time until the problem re-appears.

    Hi Steven, thanks for you prompt reply. I disabled all plugins but unfortunately it’s still the same. It only happens on Firefox or chrome. Works perfectly on Microsoft Edge, phone or tablet. Can you go onto my site via Firefox and see for yourself https://www.cook-connect.com. Your knowledge would be greatly received
