Themetrust uses non-GPL compatible javascript isn't that against the rules?

  • I read about commercial themes and that they have to be 100% GPL, but the plugin Themetrust uses in their ink theme has a strange commercial developer license that is not named and in no way GPL compatible.

    I hope I am getting this right because I think its wrong to Include this and be able to get listed under commercial themes.

    Distribute 100% GPL themes, including artwork and CSS.

    If this not includes JavaScript please don’t call it “100% GPL” then.
