Themia – make posts appear in columns/grid format?

  • Here is the page that I am referring to:

    1. I would like to know how to make the posts show in a two column or grid/table format.

    for example:
    (now it looks like this)
    POST
    POST
    POST

    (I want it to look like this)
    POST | POST | POST
    POST | POST | POST

    2. Any thoughts on how to fix these thumbnails? I have changed the settings to 200×200 everywhere that I can find a thumbnail code and it is still showing them in a landscape format.
