Same as just about everybody else, segments do not load properly, clicking “refresh mautic data”, and/or clearing cache folder doesn’t do anything to help. I’m surprised by 2 things here: 1) You STILL haven’t addressed this issue properly yet (meaning your plugin simply doesn’t work), and 2) There still are not any decent Mautic plugins that actually work as advertised out of the box.

Oh, and my site has SSL so that’s not the issue either…

    Hello @jaykdoe,

When did this error appear? was this connected successfully before?
Can you try disconnecting Mautic and connecting again with new API credentials?

We have this plugin working in a production environment and it is working as expected.

Hi! I have the same issue, THERE APPEARS TO BE AN ERROR WITH THE CONFIGURATION and clear the cache and try disconnecting and reconnecting again, even with new API credentials, does not work either. Someone could help us?

You will need to re-authenticate Mautic API on your site. Also Can you check what is the value for the “Refresh Token Lifetime” in configuration? Keep it higher so that you don’t need to re-authenticate API – https://cl.ly/de8e56424f0a

After the refresh token expires you need to re-authenticate Maitic API like in your case right now.

    Hi @nikschavan

    I received the same error…. https://prntscr.com/mv419k
I have tried re-installing the API 4 times…it connects, but the Segment drop down under ‘Action’ always shows the same error.

This is the first time I’m using the plug-in and I’ve set the API configuration as follows: https://prntscr.com/mv40c6

Given that several people have mentioned this, I’m wondering if it’s a bug? or am I doing something wrong…

UPDATE: I did two changes to the configuration and it now works.
1 ) I changed the API configuration to YES for Enable HTTP basic auth https://prntscr.com/mv4jp8

    2) I went into my root folder via CPANEL and completely deleted the cache from the mautic self-hosted install.

I believe it was the cache that solved the issue, but can’t be certain.
Hope this helps someone in the future.

    Hello @mogyie,

Also – Be sure keep a higher value in “Refresh Token Lifetime” – https://cl.ly/de8e56424f0a
