There are double language prefixes in url like "/en/en/"

I have the problems since I migrated from qtranslate to mqtranslate, the url had some weird mistakes like below:

1. All posts’s url does working, but all of page links and catagory links were going wrong. There are double language prefixes in url. They were turn to be:

https://www.qisehuashe.org/en/en/about/
https://www.qisehuashe.org/en/en/event/

2. Since I did migrated from qtranslate to mqtranslate, and I set hide prefix for default language. And I post some article on site, but they are not appear from list front-end except I put on the prefix in url. No prefix, no lasted articles. Or I only can see them when I login. The articles used to be posted, they are correct.

Is somefriend had see these issues before? Help!
