I notice that you have some other extensions installed as well. There might be a conflict with one of them. Could you list here all other CF7 extensions you have installed?

We use 5 plugins for CF7:
Conditional Fields for Contact Form 7
Contact Form 7 – Bitrix24 CRM – Integration
Contact Form 7 Storage
Contact Form 7 – Dynamic Text Extension
Country & Phone Field Contact Form 7

Does disabling any of these plugins fix the issue? If so, which one?
