PayPal Payment option doesn’t show at checkout

    The new WooCommerce Block Checkout is not yet fully supported. Please see the documentation here for more guidance: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-paypal-payments/#woocommerce-blocks

    For now PayPal Payments only supports the Block Checkout Express button location. A regular PayPal payment gateway is in development.

    If you want to provide a reguar PayPal payment gateway like like Cash on Delivers, then you would need to create a Checkout page with the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode.
