There are no PRODUCTS found with a CATEGORY, from WP Plugin: WooCommerce

    Hi,
    when we try to use Grid WUD on a Page in WordPress we click the GRID WUD drop down button, choose the option “Woocommerce Category” (or Tag or All option) and get the error in a popup window:

    “There are no PRODUCTS found with a CATEGORY,
    from WP Plugin: WooCommerce”

    or

    “There are no PRODUCTS found with a CATEGORY or TAG,
    from WP Plugin: WooCommerce”

    We have products entered in Woocommerce which are displayed on the site. Products are set to Published, Catalog visibility: Visible, Visibility: Public. The products are assigned to Categories etc.

    I’m unsure what the problem is. Any ideas? We have installed Grid WUD version 2.17. Woocommerce is version 3.0.1

    Hi @jaseflow,

    When you choose: ‘Post Category’ from the drop down list, do you see the categories?
    If you see them and you click now on ‘Woocommerce Category’, can you see now these values?

    plug ins installed are:

    Final Tiles Grid Gallery
    Grid WUD
    iThemes Sync
    Woocommerce
    Woocommerce Sagepay form and sagepay direct gateway
    Yith Essential Kit for Woocommerce #1
    Yith Woocommerce Social Login

    We go to a Page to edit the content. Click in the description area where we wish to insert the GRID WUD tag, click the GRID WUD button to give the drop down menu, scroll down to Woocommerce Category option. Click this and immediately a popup comes up with the message: “004 – Error Woocommerce Category
    There are no PRODUCTS found with a CATEGORY,
    from WP Plugin: WooCommerce”

    If you do the same, but at the end choosing for ‘Post Category’ instead WooCommerce, can you see than results?

    Please can you try the same with the new version 2.1.8?

    = 2.1.8 =
    * Better approach to select values with the Grid-WUD button.

    For this current issue i suppose it’s solved.
    We did not receive any message in the same context.
