“There are no shipping methods available.”

I am using the free version of this plug in and it works great but the users see the following message in the cart. This is confusing the visitors and I need to change the wording of it. How can I change this to something else?

“There are no shipping methods available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.”
