There are no shipping methods available

This plugin sometimes gets this error and I don’t know why.

The whole store is now showing this error no matter what address I input.

Last order was Feb 9th and I haven’t touched anything since.

This is not the first time this happens, previous updates have wiped out all the rules I’ve created.

I have two rules.

1 For US
2 For the rest of the World.

I need some help here as I got an email from someone saying they can’t select an address to buy.
