There are no shipping options available.

Hi support,
I’ve setup the plugin as per instructions, and the plugin appears to work properly as on the frontend the user is able to select a suburb, but no matter what settings I use, I keep getting “There are no shipping options available. Try changing Area/Suburb to a different setting and then back again.” in the shipping total on the front-end. I’ve disabled all non-critical plugins and even tried another theme in case the Divi theme might have been causing a conflict. Thank you for any assistance you can offer.
