“There are no shipping options available” – desktop/mobile versoins

The plugin worked fine several days ago. However, any address entered will produce this message. There were no changes to the plugin previously.

Plugin version 1.9.3
wordpress version 6.4.1
woocommerce version 8.3.0

For now, I am just using a flat rate shipment until the issue is sorted.
