• “There are no shipping options available” is a somewhat common error in this forum, and I believe I’ve read every thread less than 4 years old, but I can’t find the answer. Almost all those threads are people with shipping plugins and flat rates, but I am only using Printful’s in-house shipping. I’m trying to launch a simple tee shirt shop, and this is the final hurdle. Thousands of people do this; I want to be next. Unfortunately, Printful support is meager and underwhelming at best, and after a week, I’ve resorted to trying to fix it myself. I’ve seen their YouTube video where the guy says “Click here, here, and here, then save”, but that’s not how it works.

So, running WP 6.2.2, all plugins up-to-date and deactivated except Printful, WooCommerce, WC Google, WC Payments, WC Shipping & Tax, and WC Stripe Gateway. Tried deactivating WC Payments and WC Shipping &Tax in case they somehow conflicted with Printful’s shipping stuff, but no. Turned back on.

Flatsome theme up-to-date, switched to Storefront and the error persists. Cache/cookies cleared. Plugins removed and reinstalled.

Only shipping to the US and Canada, so no international shipping or express shipping, just what Printful offers. But it simply does not show as an option. When I disable international options, it disconnects my store from Printful. When I click reconnect, all the international/EU options are checked again, so I guess those must be enabled, even if I do not sell in Paraguay or Lithuania.

Under Status in Printful, all parameters say “OK”. Under Support, this file is generated:

This past Monday, I tested the Stripe plugin using their dummy numbers and the order sailed thru, I had to contact Printful to tell them that wasn’t a real order and cancel it. There apparently wasn’t an issue using Stripe’s fake credit card numbers; it charged me $4.69 shipping. But now, “there are no shipping options” for my home address. I’m not sure what happened after that… I made no changes, added nothing new, but now no shipping options appear. Everything else works flawlessly… just no shipping.

So, I’m completely outta gas… Thanks in advance to anyone that can help.

Forgot to add that under WooCommerce Logs, an error occurred on Monday, but it’s Jetpack, so seemingly unrelated…

Update: This issue was caused by the fact that I somehow had 2 stores at Printful.com. Not sure how that happened, but deleting the extraneous store and creating new API keys removed the shipping error. Issue is now resolved except for a message in Printful status that says, “Printful needs access to your WooCommerce API for the integration to work – otherwise we can’t sync your store, push or pull your products etc.”

Will report back once I have figgered this out…

Welp, I can’t provide a solution here… after more than a week of dealing with Printful’s abysmal support, I realized it would be far more efficient to delete my entire WordPress installation, database, and my Printful store, and start over. I’m in the process of manually reloading 300 products. Sending a support email and never getting a same-day reply was infuriating. The final straw was when one of their techs told me in an online chat that no one, NOT EVEN HIS BOSS, had a phone number for their INTERNAL IT team, they could only be contacted via email and I would probably not hear back from them today, so apparently their IT team does not utilize telephone technology.

I find it astonishing that a company the size of Printful, with literally thousands of businesses relying on them, doesn’t have phone support. I bet if their computer systems went down, a once-a-day support email that isn’t particularly helpful over the course of ten days would not be satisfactory for them.

So, if you use the Printful plugin, take frequent backups once you get it working that you can use to get yourself back online if you get the same support I got.
