There are no theme settings

Thank you for providing the screenshots. The error provided in the third screenshot shows that the problem is in a WordPress core file (/wp-admin/customize.php). The error is that there is an unexpected token in the code. It appears as though there is HTML in the PHP.

The Customizer works as expected on my site using WordPress 6.5 and Kadence theme v1.2.3. Please follow the steps in Kadence’s troubleshooting article, including clearing your cache and checking for plugin conflicts.

Thank you for the information. But the problem turned out to be in one of the plugins. After disabling it, everything works.
