    I am installing this plug in for the first time, and I’m very excited about its potential! I am experiencing two issues:
    First, when I try to Preview the page, it takes forevvvvver to load.
    Then, once it does finally load, “There are no users in the directory at this time” displays.

    I have approximately 2200 members. I am using a WordPress and MemberPress. I’ve installed two addons:
    – Exclude User Filter Setting – uses a Memberpress checkbox that should be blank or “false” to exclude the user
    – Meta Field Search Settings – I added four fields using the memberpress meta key names

    I haven’t heard back but found something that might be of note:

    I have the DUD “Filter Field” settings as follows:
    Meta Key Name – this is accurate
    Field Type – Standard Meta Field
    State: Equal To
    Value: 0
    Note: whenever I Save Options, the Value field is blanked out and becomes empty.

    When I export my members from Memberpress, the people that I want to exclude do have a “0” in that field.
