If I understand correctly, you mean the border for comment and search input; I’ve checked your website; it seems this is from the cache plugin. Would you please check this screenshot: https://i.postimg.cc/mrKJ1SLd/image.png.

Also, if you have a custom CSS for it, please remove it; this CSS are very general and it’ll influence all inputs and buttons on mobile sizes: https://i.postimg.cc/QCj3Vqm2/image.png.

Since you have a cache plugin, I can’t recognize the CSS comes from where.

Please try to check these settings on mobile mode:
1- Navigate to Customizing > General Options > Theme Buttons > Padding option : https://i.postimg.cc/x1qSYjb4/image.png.

2- Navigate to Customizing > General Options > Forms (Input – Textarea) > Border width option: https://i.postimg.cc/XYDB7v1G/image.png.

If the above steps didn’t help you, please deactivate the minifier and cache plugin and let us know to recheck your URL.
