There are still good guys out there…

  • It seems as Facebook and others are viciously trying to squeeze every bit of data mining from your every keystroke, WordPress plugin authors are doing the same. Typically, the free plugins offer just enough of a tease that you realize you probably cannot use it unless you upgrade it.

    This free version of GIVE has done a really great job in the 10+ websites I have implemented it in and only recently did I need to post up for some technical assist. Guess what? There was no whining on the developer side saying “sorry, we cannot support the free version…” but instead were very responsive to helping me get my websites back on track.

    Great to see there are still a few of the good guys out there…
