    Hi there,
I have the same problem as skinderella777 in https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/there-are-no-shipping-options-available-24/. The status is resolved but I didn’t find the option to download an older version than 2.29 as suggested.

The set in my shop: Send to region Austria which contains only two conditions:
0 to 99.99 € with shipping costs, 100 € and more is free shipping.
Interesting behavior: It works if a user is logged in, but it doesn’t for users that are not logged in.

I deactivated the table rate option and activated a woo standard option which has the disadvantage that the user has to check a radio box for the wanted shipping option what causes errors as the customers miss to check it.
Everything is up to date: Woocommerce 8.9.1, PHP 8.2, WordPress 6.5.2
Shop location: Germany. The message “There are no shipping options available” appears in German

    Any ideas?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

I just tried with the same setup, Woo 8.9.1, PHP 8.2 and WordPress 6.5.3 and don’t see any issues ??

I tried both weight based and price based table rates, both logged in and logged out. I really don’t see what could go wrong. Are you sure the logged out user is entering a correct Austria address? I tried it on your website but just the Flat rates show as you mentioned you have disabled Table Rate.

    Thank you for testing.
I reactivated table rate if you wouldn’t mind to test again.
Yes, I used an existing Austrian address:
    Region/country: ?sterreich (Austria)
    Postleitzahl (ZIP): 9020
    Stadt (City): Klagenfurt
    Address: Lerchenfeldstra?e 47

I see. Maybe there’s an issue with the Table Rate prices. Can you check that Min Value, Max Value and Shipping Rate are all just numbers with a dot for decimal separator. As in “9.99” not “9,99€” as WooCommerce will automatically use the store currency.

    Good morning,
I checked the values and they are correct. Probably Table Rate Shipping would not work either as a logged in user in the checkout. The difference is that localization is possible when you are logged in during checkout. What could be the functional difference?

I already noticed that all fields have to be set (0 instead of leaving a field empty) and values have to be in English notation like 99.99. Our products in Woocommerce are recorded with German values like 99,99.

I don’t have any ideas. I tried setting the decimal separator to comma in WooCommerce and Table Rates still showed up OK on my test server. Do you have any other WooCommerce plugins active? Maybe there’s a 3rd factor?

    Okay, thank you.
There are other WooCommerce plugins and I will check if there is a conflict.
