• Restrictions too much. For example, file upload size. For example, total disk space. Also elementor does not work on editing pages.

    Hello @alican532

Sorry to hear that you aren’t quite happy with our product. However, here is what I have to say about the points mentioned above –

We’d like to know in what cases or where have you faced an issue with the file upload size. Could you please write to us about it and share?

This is a free plugin we offer and therefore have a limited disk space that can be given. The current limit for each website is 1024 MB (1 GB).

There might be many reasons why you may not be able to edit pages built with Elementor. Here is an article that might help.

For further queries and help, I’d request you to please contact us through our support center, so that we can take a closer look and help.

    Thank you for the answer.

Sometimes there are images with a large file size. For this reason, I think the file upload limit should be at least 3 mb.

Yes, you are right. Must have disk limit. But I think we should be able to use our own disk. Or we should be able to install on platforms like google cloud.

My English is not good. I’m sorry for that.
(Also elementor does not work on editing pages.)
    I didn’t mean it here.
    – Templates cannot be imported while Elementor is in the page editor.
    – Only in wordpress admin panel, you have the option to save to library.

Like the crocoblok theme core plugin, it’s a magic button. >>>

Thank you, apart from these a wonderful plugin. But it’s useless for me and a lot of people.

    Thank you very much.

    Hello @alican532

Sorry for the delay as we missed it in our view!

    # First Query related to Images
=> Currently, we provide the upload speed up to 1GB per user. While if there are multiple images in the templates it might take some time to upload.

And thank you for the suggestion to provide an alternative for Google Cloud to upload the Templates.

We will surely discuss within our team and add such a feature in our future updates if possible.

    # Second Query for the option to insert Templates in Elementor
=> That’s a good suggestion to reduce the time to import templates right from the Elementor.

We already have such a feature in works in another plugin of ours, if possible we will also introduce it in this plugin too.

Also, thank you for the feedback we shall surely work on this and improve on the same moving forward. ??
