There are users but there are no users.

  • Hi Jeff,

    Thank you for your amazing plugin. It works fine for me. But I also have a problem.
    Users normally register and log in using this plugin. But I can not see any users in my admin area. Especially in wordpress Users menu.
    I tested once again but there is no result.

    That’s why I can’t use other plugins such as WP Symposium for Forum user roles.

    Please help. Thanks in advance.

    If you register via wp-login.php, do you see the the registered user then?

    Hi Jeff,

    Yes! Before installing your plugin I did use wp-login.php for registration. And I could see every single users in my WP admin panel. But now, I can not see them. Thanks.

    So, if you disable TML, you see users?

    Jeff,

    I see only users who has been registered before installing TML. I deactivated TML to test if users who registered via TML appears in my user list. But result is negative – I still can not see them.

    So, have you verified by some other means that the users are in the DB?

    Jeff,

    Users who had registered using standard wp registration form and TML are in wp_users db of my website! That meains they are here in my db. But they do not appear in my userlist. What to do, Jeff?

    P.S. Jeff, Just for your information I am using multisite.
