    1. Invoice, packing slip, and delivery address not working… Throws a critical error.

    There has been a critical error on this website.

    2. Status Ok and Debug Mode displays no problems.

    3. “Preparing Font” takes forever and never finishes.

    WordPress 5.9.1 running Astra Child theme.

    Please follow these steps
    1. Deactive & delete the Challan plugin completely.
    2. Search for the Challan plugin again.
    3. Install & activate the Challan plugin.

    No change after uninstall and re-install also, this…

    The plugin generated 6224 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.

    Would you completely delete the Challan first? Then, install and activate again.

    with the old free Version 3.3.9 it’s Ok with the new version we have an critical error! Also with the pro Version 4.1.24!

    We need here an updated version of the Plugin, there are bugs.

    Thank you for reporting this.

    Please follow these steps and let us know.
    1. Set read-write permission at /wp-content/uploads/WOO-INVOICE
    2. Enable zip extension and zip extract permission on PHP configuration. You can contact your server administrator for this.
    3. Challan plugin deactivate & delete.
    4. Challan plugin install & active.
    5. Go to WP-Admin dashboard->Challan page. Everything should be set again.

    If the issue will exist,
    1. Go to WooCommerce->Status page and click on Get system report button.
    2. Copy the status and share the status here. You can use, Copy for support button for copying the status.
