  • Hi @sayandutta thanks for getting in touch. As you mentioned your stories looks to be running okay and are passing AMP validation. I do get the critical error when trying to visit your stories archive page. Could you please supply the following information:

    1. Your Site Health Information which you can share privately using this form.
    2. When going to Stories > Settings > Stories Archives, do you have this set to default?

Let me know if you have any questions.

    Stories Archives set to default.

    Site health has been shared.

@sayandutta Thanks for sharing the information. When checking for console errors on your Web Stories archive page I can see a couple of instances where SVGs are returning a 404 error. These seem to be coming from the AAWP plugin you have active on your site. Could you please try temporarily disabling this plugin and try to access your archive page once more from an Incognito browsing window.

    Checked same error.

@sayandutta thank you for trying this and for confirming this didn’t make a difference. It would be helpful at this point if we could rule out all other plugins for conflicts as well as your theme.

Would you be able to try the same steps with all other plugins you have and theme by switching to a default theme briefly to check if this clears the critical error you are getting.

Let me know how you get on with this.

I have checked everything and found that one plugin is causing the issue.

    AP Share Buttons

But why it is causing the issue?

@sayandutta Thanks for going through the plugins and checking and good find with the AP Share Buttons. As this plugin seems to be causing the conflict I would recommend reaching out to the plugins support team who will be able to investigate further and provide support.

Can u find the error? What is triggering the issue?

@sayandutta Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like this plugin is available anymore from WordPress. It also looks like the APALODI website is no longer accessible. If the plugin is not being actively updated I would recommend trying to find an alternative plugin to do the same thing if this is possible for you.

As mentioned above, this is a conflict with that plugin which we are unable to assist with and would need to be looked into by the creators of the plugin.

    Ok thanks
