Hi .. been trying to find the cause of s critical error on the checkout page, I reverted to a default theme and disabled all plugins – which showed that this Conditional plugin is causing a fatal error at the checkout.

I have one conditional rule which allows certain products to have one postage method, and other products to have another …

One thing I notice, unrelated to the plugin, is where it says:

United Kingdom (UK), TQ4 5DW, TQ4 5DR, TQ4 5DL, TQ4 5AA, TQ4 5DH, TQ4 5DN, TQ4 5DE, TQ3 3ER, TQ4 5EA and 31310 other regions

It’s nothing like 31310 post codes, more like 300 …?!

But definitely if I disable the plugin then the error doesn’t happen.

I’m in a mess, need help, thanks …

The basket page takes ages to load, or doesn’t load at all …
This is a new website by the way, so I’m just doing initial setup.

Hi,

WooCommerce should log the exact error message in the logs (WooCommerce > Status > Logs > fatal-errors-xxxxxxx.log). Is there anything?

As for the postal code count, if it says 31310 regions and you have entered 300, it’s likely it’s separating them by spaces. Please try to enter one postal code per line and without spaces. You can also use wildcards to trim down the amount, for example TQ4* would match TQ4 5DW, TQ4 5DR etc.

The posts codes are on separate lines, and do seam to be working, just thought I’d point out the way it looks in admin ……

The logs show lots of this:
