    I installed woocomerce mastercard-gateay upon activation I got the error, “There has been a critical error on the website” have tried to login in via FTP to deactivate the plugin unsuccessifully, Also there is the email that supposedly was to be sent for recovering the site, they have not sent it too!! How can I go about restoring the site? Will appreciate the help a lot.

    I was able to resolve via login into my hosting company then through Tools->file browser
