I created this website over a year ago as a placeholder. Now we are ready to move forward with making this a professional site but can no longer access the wp admin site associated with the URL. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • It seems like you are encountering a PHP error on your WordPress website, specifically with the Elementor Pro plugin. The error message “Uncaught ReflectionException: Method get_site_editor_type does not exist” indicates that the method “get_site_editor_type” is not present in the file “theme-document.php” of the Elementor Pro plugin, which is causing an issue.

Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Check plugin version: Make sure you have the latest version of Elementor Pro plugin installed. If not, update it to the latest version.
    2. Deactivate and Reactivate the plugin: Deactivate the Elementor Pro plugin and then reactivate it. This will refresh all the plugin settings and files.
    3. Check for plugin conflicts: Make sure there are no conflicts with other plugins that may be causing issues with the Elementor Pro plugin. Try deactivating other plugins and see if the issue persists.
    4. Check for theme conflicts: Make sure the theme you are using is compatible with the latest version of the Elementor Pro plugin. Also, check the theme’s functions.php file, see if there are any modifications or custom code that might be causing the issue.
    5. Check your server configuration: Make sure your server has the correct file and folder permissions.
    6. Contact Elementor support: If none of the above solutions work, you may want to contact the Elementor support team for further assistance. They may be able to provide more specific help and troubleshoot the issue.

Hi, please send me a screenshot of the issue itself.
