I've got a "There has been a critical error on this website." error showing in the dashboard and NWM has stopped working. I can't see anything amiss on the site, only that NWM no longer works. Any troubleshooting tips to resolve please?

This is from the email I received:

"Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue

WordPress has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Next Watermark.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
    WordPress version 6.5.2
Active theme: Radiate Child (version 1.0.0)
Current plugin: Next Watermark (version 1.7)
    PHP version 8.2.16"

I’ve managed to remove the error (GD (Graphics Draw) wasn’t installed on the server). Now I have NWM Free Version v.1.7 – (GD Version: 2.3.3)

However, watermarks still aren’t being applied to images when uploading, as they were previously with no settings having changed ??
