    Hi @gonzachee,

    I haven’t seen this error message for a number of years since WordPress 5.3 removed the JSON polyfill functions. See if you can check on the WordPress built-in Tools > Site Health and see if it says you’re missing the JSON extension from PHP there.

    If so, you can usually fix this via your hosting control panel in many cases (you can pick which PHP libraries/modules you have in the same area you normally choose your PHP version), but it may sometimes be necessary to contact your hosting provider.
