• Hello,

I updated some plug-ins yesterday and received the following critical error: An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 19 of the file /home/a0wihdx71wwh/public_html/wp-content/plugins/learndash-hub/src/boot.php. Error message: Trait method get_license_key_option_name has not been applied, because there are collisions with other trait methods on LearnDash\Hub\Boot

    WordPress version 5.8.6
    Current theme: ctm (version 1.0.0)
Current plugin: LearnDash Licensing & Management (version 1.1.3)
    PHP version 7.2.34

When I go to the website it states: There has been a critical error on this website.

I tried to open the site in Recovery Mode, but when I click the link it states: Recovery Mode not initialized.

I’m not sure what to do from here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers,
    Douglas

  • Log in to your hosting via FTP and delete the directory under /home/a0wihdx71wwh/public_html/wp-content/plugins/learndash-hub – if you need assistance with this, contact your hosting support.

Thank you for your response @threadi however, I’m not overly familiar with WordPress. It was set up for us a few years ago and we have just been managing it.

That being said, I don’t know how to log in to our hosting via FTP. I also don’t know who the hosting support would be.

Any additional insight you can provide?

    Cheers.

The hosting has nothing to do with WordPress as software. The hoster provides you with the resources to run a WordPress-based website. WordPress has no influence and no insight into your hosting.

According to https://hostingchecker.com your domain is hosted by GoDaddy. You should get regular invoices from them as well. Therefore it is best to contact their support: https://www.godaddy.com/contact-us
