@enesbajrami Could you upgrade your Professional extension to the latest version v2.15.5?

Hii @alexmigh and @dpeyou, during testing I disabled Cloudflare from the website, and the button for downloading started to work, I don’t know if Cloudflare is causing problem with latest update. But still is better for me to activate Cloudflare because the site is working much faster using Cloudflare DNS. Currently plugin is working, I will wait to next update and then will probably will test again using cloudflare.

Just to clarify, did you update our free main plugin, the Professional extension (or both), in addition to disable Cloudflare, before it was fixed?

Hello yordansoares, I have updatet main plugin and started to have issue, then I have disabled Cloudflare, after 1h I tested and it was working.
