I am getting this message when I am opening the amp page of my website: “There has been a critical error on your website.”
I have tried deleting all the plugins and have reached on a conclusion that this error is due to the latest version of Yoast SEO plugin. So what should I do now? It is the major plugin and I can’t stop using it.
Temporarily I have removed the plugin so that, I don’t lose visitors.
    Please help me out!

    Thank you,
    Laksh Mohan

  • I have the same error… upgraded today to 14.0.1… creating a fatal error and preventing my website from loading. I’ve uninstalled Yoast for now – but it’s a critical plugin I can’t do without.

Didn’t break anything, but I got this notification on at least 10 websites today.. so far – and so did my clients.

    WTF?

I had to do the same by disabling the plugin.

Looks like this release has a major issue given how widespread the issue has been.

I got an update with AMP plugin. I updated it and I just tried reactivating the Yoast plugin again. I didn’t get an error back. I refreshed the page again and again. But there was no error now. My problem has been resolved.

    Thank you,

Same issue here… 14.0.1 broke my site and kicks out an error:

There has been a critical error on your website.
