    Hello,

when clicking on some posts of our website the following message appears for frontend posts:

This causes a huge traffic decrease.

After deactivating Popup by Supsystic the message disappear.

I am using Popup by Supsystic 1.10.0 + WordPress Version 5.4.1.

In the Popups I am using the Mailpoet 3.47.1 and Mailpoet Premium 3.0.86 shortcodes. The problem is in the the following cases solved:

Popup by Supsystic is activated and Mailpoet is deactivated
Popup by Supsystic is deactivated and Mailpoet is activated

Now Mailpoet is completely activated and Popup by Supsystic deactivated.

Do you have any idea how to solve it (and use both plugins) because we are losing a lot of subscribers?

    Best regards

    Chekki

  • Hello,
Same configuration here and same problem :
    – WP 5.4.1
    – Mailpoet
    – Popup by Supsystic

And critical error when Popup plugin is enabled.

    @emedian

The error disappears, when I am switching to iframe snippets instead of using shortcodes. But some forms won′t be shown completely within the popups. They are cut off. But a few of them are working.

    Best

    Thanks @chekki
I switched to Popup Maker which make the job.
