    Hello!
    After enabling the Contact Form and clicking on Apptivo/Contact Forms on the left side panel, the first step is filling the Contact Form Name field. After I fill it in and click on “Add New”, there’s this error: “There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
    Any help?
