• Hi I spent hours customizing the invoice according to Indian GST rules on this plugin and it’s great, until WordPress update happened to 5.7 version. While generating the invoice in the order section it is showing this website has a critical issue. Please update the plugin or help with a solution because I cannot change the plugin now and my eccomerce site is totally useless without it. Please help it’s really URGENT.

    It’s still the same issue. While generating the invoice pdf it says there has been a critical issue with this website, but everything else is working just fine.

    An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 127 of the file /var/www/castro1/wp-content/plugins/woo-pdf-invoice-builder/htmlgenerator/OrderValueRetriever.php. Error message: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function getOffsetTimestamp() on null in /var/www/castro1/wp-content/plugins/woo-pdf-invoice-builder/htmlgenerator/OrderValueRetriever.php:127 Stack trace: #0 /var/www/castro1/wp-content/plugins/woo-pdf-invoice-builder/htmlgenerator/fields/subfields/PDFSubFieldBase.php(50): rnwcinv\htmlgenerator\OrderValueRetriever->get(‘order_date’) #1 /var/www/castro1/wp-content/plugins/woo-pdf-invoice-builder/htmlgenerator/fields/subfields/PDFSubFieldBase.php(88): rnwcinv\htmlgenerator\fields\subfields\PDFSubFieldBase->GetRealFieldValue(”) #2 /var/www/castro1/wp-content/plugins/woo-pdf-invoice-builder/htmlgenerator/fields/subfields/PDFSubFieldBase.php(94): rnwcinv\htmlgenerator\fields\subfields\PDFSubFieldBase->GetInternalValueText() #3 /var/www/castro1/wp-content/plugins/woo-pdf-invoice-builder/htmlgenerator/fields/subfields/PDFSubFieldBase.php(108): rnwcinv\htmlgenerator\fields\subfields\PDFSubFieldBase->GenerateFieldValueContainer(‘vertical-align:…’, ‘margin:0;paddin…’) #4 /var/www/

    I am having the same problem.

    The default template in the free version works as expected and the interface is great.

    However, after customizing the template it produced an error when trying to preview

    ‘There has been a critical error on this website’

    Obviously something wrong with the software making the product unusable……..

    Any feedback very welcome
