There is a (automatic) problem with redirecting to /category/ instead of /.

my website’s category base is website.com/category/cat1. However, it opens as website.com/cat1. Whereas, the URL website.com/cat1 should automatically redirect to website.com/category/cat1. Why is my website not doing the redirect?

Example URL:

1: https://ozmyo.com/programs/
2: https://ozmyo.com/category/programs/

1: https://en.ozmyo.com/programs/
2: https://en.ozmyo.com/category/programs/

both are working.

Note: my website contains two languages. I have set up a WordPress network. This is how the system works.
